There has been a large increase in the number of ransomware attacks in recent months.
Please ask your IT to confirm they are performing daily backups of the Filestream images folder and all Filestream SQL databases.
Massive or complete loss of data can occur if backup procedures are not followed and checked frequently!

All File Stream Document Management clients with a current maintenance contract enjoy full support from 8:30am to 5:30pm UK time Monday-Friday with a 4 working hour response time.
