How File Stream Works
File Stream transforms how organisations manage their information. You can scan paper files and store them alongside all of your electronic documents in one secure, centralised system, making it easy to access, share, and manage all of your documentation.
Each file is assigned tags and metadata, making it simple to search and retrieve what you need. The software also tracks versions and maintains an audit trail, ensuring that you always have access to the latest copy and can see who made changes.
The following video gives an idea of the look and feel of Filestream, depicting the most basic search and document retrieval functions.
